I believe that art is primarily about self expression, but that an artist has to be a business man as well. one of the greater perks of doing art for other people (besides getting paid, lol), is that you are presented with the oppurtunity to experiment, and to step out of your box. the vast majorety of my improvement often follows after helping someone else to realize their vision.
